The bad guys had an invisible force field that picked up the semi but had to use a track hoe to break into the trailer? Really? They couldn’t have used a torch or something smaller and less traceable?
Ward and Coulson go on a covert mission. Ward is tricked out in combat clothes and gear. Coulson wears a suit. 🙂 What would have happened to Ward’s legs/feet if he hadn’t made it all the way through before the barrier snapped back into place?
Ian Quinn: Ok, he doesn’t like the government but is he really evil? He didn’t shoot Skye immediately. Would he have killed her? Also, where did he go? He told his goons to get the helicopter but I don’t remember seeing it take off. Did he escape?
Still haven’t figured Skye out. I knew she wasn’t crossing over to the dark side when she gave the team up to Quinn. Obviously, at that point, it was the only way to get in. But, she’s still a member of the Rising Tide. She’s warming up to the team and things are thawing between her and Ward (a romance brewing?) but I still don’t know where her loyalties lie.
What’s the deal with Coulson not being able to get the gun chamber to open? He made a comment about muscle memory. If the theory about what happened to him is correct, I guess he wouldn’t have any muscle memory. But, wouldn’t that affect his ability to fight as well? He seemed to do pretty well last episode.
I can’t wait to get more of the back story on May. She didn’t want Coulson going into combat but wasn’t willing to do it herself. Then she suddenly changed her mind after the mission. I love how badass she is and Ming Na Wen is totally kicking butt. I just read that she will be 50 next month. Amazing!
